Yoga is appropriate for all fitness levels and those with little or no yoga experience. Learn how yoga can make you stronger, more flexible, and balanced. After you are comfortable with the fundamentals of yoga, you can continue with this class or may move to our other Yoga classes.
This class will be held in the 5th Floor Gathering Room. Masks are required in the building, however, you can take your mask off once class begins. Spots will be marked off to adhere to social distance requirements. Class size is limited and registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat.
