Tai Chi for Health is an effective exercise program for persons with joint or back pain, and those concerned about balance and falling. This specific Tai Chi program is easy to learn, and provides many health benefits in a relatively short time. Movements can be modified to accommodate mobility issues for any participant and can be done seated as well as standing. Participants will learn one or two movements per lesson, working towards completing six basic and six advanced movements.
