Start your day with some gentle stretches. Staying flexible can help you move better throughout your day and prevent common muscle injuries. This class you will move through simple stretch that will target your upper, middle and lower body muscles. Some stretches will be done from the floor. Warming up your muscles prior to class is recommended.
Classes will be limited in size and held outside at Old Main Village’s lawn. In case of bad weather, class will be moved inside to the 5th Floor Gathering Room.
