Start your day with some gentle stretches. Staying flexible can help you move better throughout your day and prevent common muscle injuries. This class you will move through simple stretch that will target your upper, middle and lower body muscles. Some stretches will be done from the floor. Warming up your muscles prior to class is recommended.
This class will be held in the 5th Floor Gathering Room. Masks are required in the building, however, you can take your mask off once class begins. Spots will be marked off to adhere to social distance requirements. Class size is limited and registration is required.
