PALS is a great class for those who want a safe and gradual increase in their activity level to improve strength, flexibility and balance. PALS is suitable for people of all fitness levels, including those who use a cane or walker.
This class will be held in the 5th Floor Gathering Room. Masks are required in the building, however, you can take your mask off once class begins. Spots will be marked off to adhere to social distance requirements. Class size is limited and registration is required.
