This program will be offered through Zoom; those who register will receive a link to watch from home or at VINE. Following guidelines to keep yourself and your loved ones physically healthy can seem isolating, and it can take a toll on your mental health. Dr. Bishop will discuss ways to maintain good mental health while navigating changes to normal life during a pandemic. The Speaking of Health Series continues with “Healthy Eating When Cooking for One or Two” on November 18 and “Exercise is Medicine” on December 16 (format will be dependent on current COVID recommendations).
