Caregiving takes many forms. Many of us help older, sick, or family members and friends with disabilities every day. We know we are helping, but we don’t think of ourselves as caregivers. In this presentation, you will better understand the value of caregiving, learn the benefits of resources that support caregiving, and learn how to access resources that support caregiving in Minnesota.
