As we age, healthful eating can make a difference in our health, help to improve how we feel, and encourage a sense of well-being. Eating healthfully has benefits that can help older adults but there are also eating challenges as we age such
as decreased appetite and decreased desire to prepare meals. Erin will share ideas about how to eat well and overcome eating challenges.
Cost: No charge for members; $5 for non-members.
