Warm water exercise is one of the most effective and gentle activities for improving older adult’s health. No swimming experience needed.

Level 2: May include jogging, jumping, twisting, and constant movement. Weights, kickboards, and noodles are often incorporated.

Whist is a classic English trick-taking card game which was widely played in the 18th and 19th centuries.  Although the rules are simple, there is scope for scientific play.
