Rake the Town
VINE Rake the Town 2008

The days are getting shorter and here at VINE we've begun planning for our annual fall raking and yard clean-up day. We are inviting you and your group to join us in making this task easier for the older homeowners of our community.
This year we hope to rake over 300 yards in Mankato, North Mankato, and St. Peter and in rural Blue Earth and Nicollet Counties. Volunteers are asked to provide their own rakes. Remember, lunch and prizes will be provided!
Organize your church or school group, family, friends, neighbors or co-workers into a raking team and return the completed volunteer application form. We can even match you with homeowners in the neighborhood you specify.
This raking event grows larger each year thanks to the support of so many good people who believe that each of us can make a difference through volunteering in our community. If you have any questions, call our office at 507-387-1666.
