The Region 9 Development Commission was awarded a grant from the Department of Human Services to begin to develop a unified transportation system throughout Region 9. VINE is the Blue Earth County partner and is helping to craft a way to allow more people in greater Mankato and the surrounding area to have access to affordable transportation.
